Opened in 1996, PCYH, a yoga and holistic health center, was the first studio of its kind in our area. Our mission is to provide a warm, comfortable and inviting environment in which to explore different paths to health, healing and personal growth.
In two spacious and light-filled studios, PCYH offers a variety of yoga for all ages and stages of life, (Kripalu, Astanga/Power, Hot, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Krama, Soma, Spanda, Forrest Inspired, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Barone Baptiste inspired Boot Camps, Pre-Natal, Mom/Baby), meditation, stress reduction - including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression (MBCT), holistic lifestyle classes, monthly concerts, kirtan/chanting, drumming circles, workshops and 200 and 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher trainings.
Also available are various therapeutic and bodywork practitioners (such as therapeutic massage and aromatherapy with 100% therapeutic grade essential oils), Holistic Psychotherapy. Work-exchange opportunities, gift certificates, corporate programs, private sessions,
Workshop/office space rental, ample parking. At PCYH, in a relaxed environment, people of all ages and abilities can come together, try something new in their lives, meet new people and have a good time.

We offer over 50 classes per week. to fit the busiest of schedules! Varied payment options to fit your budget - sampler packages, unlimited class pass memberships, donation based classes. Drop ins welcome, space permitting.
Our shop contains products which support yoga and meditation practice or for simply relaxation, inspiration and renewal, including yoga mats by Manduka, Jade Harmony, Yogi Toes, and more, 100% therapeutic grade essential oils by Young Living, Koshi Chimes, books, cards and posters.
